Top tip: to save weighing, take a mug from your cupboard and use it as a unit of measure.

You will need…

  • 1 peeled banana
  • 1 mug frozen berries
  • 1 mug raw almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons of  Hemp Powder 
  • 1 mug plain yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 mug almond milk
  • 3 dates pitted and quartered
  • 1 teaspoon Nature’s Living Superfood
  • Add ice as needed

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender, puree on a high speed until smooth. Add ice until it reaches desired consistency.
