I must admit, I saw the green powder and made pre-judgement on a horrible taste, however I mixed 2 teaspoons with water, and there isn't much taste too it, which made it very easy to drink compared to what I thought it would taste like.It's full of organic nutrients, including B12 and Iron., and claims various benefits, including cognitive function, reduced tiredness, growth and maintainance of muscle mass, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.The bottle contains 20 servings and is free of any unwanted fillers or additives.This turned out much better than I had initially thoiught. This KIKI Health Organic Chlorella Powder looks very good and I am impressed. I tried it out with water and it's very strong; and an aquired taste. I wasn't able to drink it all but not because it isn't nice; it's just that chlorella is very powerful and is an acquired taste, just like wheatgrass. For me, I would need to build up to it; but I think it would be more useful for me to think of recipes where I could perhaps use chlorella where the taste isn't so powerful eg perhaps in smoothies or baked products, or maybe mix it with my green juices (though that may be too powerful for my green juice).I do like it and am impressed, I just need to figure out how to consume it so that the taste does not overpower me; or perhaps start with small doses and then build up.

I try to eat as healthy as possible, but it can be a challenge to get all the nutritional value I want and chlorella is known to be a heavyweight for this kind of thing. This one is organic which is a big thing for me - so lots of good vitamins, minerals, and other health-promoting nutrients all at one go, including iron, B12, and other essential nutrients I sometimes lack.There is 200g and the recommended dose is 10g so that is 20 doses, which you can put in water or juice, and I suppose in salads and things too, although I've not tried that.All in all I'd say it is a worthwhile addition, especially for active seniors like myself, but good for anyone who just wants to boost their overall nutritional intake.

Never tried chlorella before, so it was a new experience for me. The green powder finely ground comes in an actual dark glass jar. The high B12 and iron contents help to boost immune system. Chlorella helps detox the body, removes heavy metals, toxins from our system which is so important to stay healthy. The flavour is okay for me, a bit nutty. It's not bitter or sour. I got used to the flavour within last 5 days so I don't mind another day and another portion. I appreciate that's organic product but if it was cheaper I would buy more.
