300g Almonds (skin on)

1x tsp KIKI Health Organic Hemp Seed Oil (optional)

How to create:

Heat oven to 190C (170C fan). Spread the almonds on a baking tray and roast for 10 mins. Remove and allow to cool.

Put into a food processor or blender and blitz for 12 mins, stopping every so often to scrape the sides down. Once the almond butter has formed you stir through your tsp of hemp seed oil. This will give your butter a really creamy texture with an added nutty flavour.

Will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
