Organic Oyster Mushroom Extract Powder is expertly standardised to 30% beta-glucan-rich polysaccharides content. Our extracts are produced entirely from the fruiting bodies of mushrooms (not from mycelium). The fruiting bodies are grown on a wood-rich substrate (not on grain) and so are loaded with beta-glucan-rich polysaccharides and other precious functional ingredients.
