How to create:

Place your oats and almonds into your blender and blitz until they form a flour. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until a gooey mixture forms. Transfer to a bowl.

Place a pan on the heat, add your coconut oil and add a little bit of the mixture at a time, trying to form a circle like pancake. After a minute check the bottom of the pancake. Once it’s brown you’re ready to flip over to the other side. Cooke for a further minute. Keep repeating until all your mixture is gone. Served stacked on a plate and drizzle honey or maple syrup and your handful of banana! Delicious!
