You will need…
½ cup almond butter
½ cup virgin coconut oil
1 organic orange (zest)
1 tbsp orange juice
Frozen blueberries, to put in the bottom of your chocolate mould
2 tsp agave (optional)
2 tsp purple corn, hemp protein powder, hemp seeds or acaí powder (optional)


Gently melt the coconut oil in a water bath. Zest the orange
– only use the orange part of the peel. Add all of the ingredients except the blueberries to a blender and blend to incorporate.
Put the blueberries in the moulds and pour the chocolate over. Place in the freezer to harden. These need to be refrigerated before you can eat them.
