Goji Berry Granola Bars (no baking required)
These bars only take a few minutes to make, and they’re far, far healthier than store-bought bars.
Makes 10–15 bars.
1 cup rolled Oats (gluten free)
½ cup Cashew
½ cup Almond
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
¼ cup ground Flax Seed
⅔ cup Almond Butter
½ cup Honey (or agave nectar for vegan alternative)
1 Tablespoon Goji Berries
How to create:
Chop all your nuts.
Mix your oats, nuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds in a large bowl.
Whisk together nut butter and honey (agave)
Pour into oat mixture and mix well, until everything is sticky and combined. If it’s too dry, add a bit more honey.
Add the goji berries and KIKI Health Organic Goji Berry Powder and mix well.
Press mixture into a shallow 8 inch baking dish that you’ve lined with parchment paper.
Cover with more parchment paper press well into the dish, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Cut into bar shapes, and keep refrigerated.
