Of course, we all make mistakes or change our minds from time to time. Please call in or email us directly to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped out then you are more than welcome to return the order in it’s original packaging within 14 days from the day on which the products arrived to you. Product Information
Not all our products are vegan however we do clearly indicate on each product page whether they are. We also do have a category of vegan products which can be found below:
All our products are certified organic where possible, and if not, they are sustainably grown or wild harvested.
Our capsule products are made from 100% vegetable cellulose, which are both vegan and vegetarian.
We always state on the front or side of the label the mg content of each capsule.
All our products are fully tested for contaminants and COAs can be provided on request. We source all our ingredients from suppliers are who are registered and follow GMP guidelines to ensure the products are completely safe and up to our ethical standards.
We pride ourselves on supplying the best possible products derived straight from nature and we always ensure that these products are of premium quality. Our ingredients are tested for the appropriate nutritional values, and these results can be provided on request.
Due to our products being straight from nature and organically grown with no use of colourings or preservatives, they may alter colour from batch to batch as no two plants are identical.
Each product is different and may not be suitable for pregnant or lactating mothers. We recommend that you discuss with your medical practitioner if starting any new supplements.
Our fruit powders, cacao, carob powders and non-supplements are absolutely safe for children to use. With regards to our Food supplements, you should always check the label and speak to your doctor if starting any new supplements for children.
Certainly! Our products are always a welcome addition to any diet, but they can be especially helpful for the elderly, whose bodies have greater nutrient needs as they age, especially if their diet isn't as varied or full as it was when they were younger.
Many seniors have trouble digesting and absorbing nutrients from food, but our supplements are made from all-natural ingredients which are readily recognised and absorbable by the body.
We always advise to follow the recommended daily intake that is stated on each label of the product.
You should always check the label of your medication and speak to your doctor in case of any contraindications if you are on prescription medication or have a medical condition. Note that Activated Charcoal absorbs everything so it should always be taken 1 -2 hours apart from other supplements or medication.
Many of our supplements actually complement the benefits of each other, however, if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us directly or consult your local nutritionist.
If you struggle swallowing capsules, first check if we offer the product in a powder variation; if not, the capsule can be opened and either sprinkled onto food or added to a drink; however, always refer to the directions for use as some products work most effectively when taken separately from food. Please note that a lot of our ingredients are raw, and mixing them with hot foods/drinks could devalue their nutritional content.
We always advise to follow the directions for use on the label/product page as each product works in a slightly different way depending on whether it’s taken before, with or after food.
You may feel some positive benefits after the first few weeks. However, consistency is key, we recommend to take the products for 2-3 months to allow the body to adjust and for you to feel the full benefits.
Our products are manufactured into the final product right here in the UK and the factories that we have carefully selected are fully MHRA GMP compliment.
Sustainability is a massive part of our business and we always use food-grade amber glass bottles with recyclable labels and recyclable metal lids to ensure the product is fully 100% recyclable.

Majority of our products don’t contain any allergens however a small portion of them potentially may therefore it’s always vital to consult the ingredients list either on the label or product page where they are highlighted in bold.
The core of our company is devoted to both quality and integrity therefore we don’t use any artificial colours, preservatives, sweeteners or fillers.
We carefully source our ingredients worldwide that are either wildcrafted or organically grown. Each item is chosen from the cleanest area, often indigenous to the ingredient, with rich organic soil and the least amount of environmental contamination possible.

Simply create an account and start earning!
There are multiple ways to begin accumulating points, such as writing a review, placing an order, or sharing on social media. Please refer to the section titled 'Ways to earn points' on the loyalty & rewards page for the complete list and detailed information.
Upon logging into your account, you'll find your point balance prominently displayed on the rewards page.
There is no limit! Feel free to earn as many as you can! You can even progress up the tiers where you will receive much greater rewards.
Simply follow the instructions on the loyalty & rewards page. You will be given your reward in points (200 points) once your referred friend makes their first order.
Once you've earned your reward, you have 12 months to redeem it before it expires.
subscriptions
Simply click "Subscribe and Save" on the product page, select your preferred delivery frequency, and add the item to your cart. It’s that easy!
All changes can be made within your account. Log into your account, go to the 'Subscriptions' section, and select the subscription you wish to update, within there you will have many different options available to you to customize how you wish.

To reactivate your subscription, log into your account, go to the 'Subscriptions' section, and select 'Reactivate Subscription'.
To add or change one of your products within your active subscription please login into your account and navigate to the subscriptions section where you will have this option. If you run into any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@kiki-health.com
You can update the payment method linked to your subscription by logging into your account and navigating to the Payments section.
To update your address, log into your account, go to the 'Subscriptions' section, and select the subscription you wish to update. From there, you can edit your shipping address.
To cancel your subscription, simply log into your account, click on 'Subscriptions', scroll to the bottom, and select 'Cancel Subscription'. Please note that you will need to give 3-5 business days notice before your next delivery is due to ensure this can be cancelled in time.
Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated within your account at anytime.
To increase the frequency of your subscription, log into your account, go to the 'Subscriptions' section, select the specific subscription, and adjust the delivery frequency to your preference.
If you are based outside the UK we recommend you alter the frequency to as long as possible to ensure you save on shipping charges and custom fees.
