Shipping and Handling

All orders are dispatched on the same day (if ordered before 2 pm UK time) or the next working day (Monday-Friday). Any delays from Parcelforce or Royal Mail are out of our control.

We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders £60.00 and over.

For EU and international orders, postage costs vary according to your country. You can see your postage costs as you check out of the online shop. Please check these at the checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Schedule

Although we can’t guarantee it, we do our utmost to ensure that all orders placed before 2 pm within the UK are delivered within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated. Depending on the value of your order, we either use a next-day courier service (Parcelforce) or a Royal Mail 48-hour trackable service in the UK, which you have the option to choose as a next-day courier signed-for service at checkout if required. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you’re not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.

We are happy for your package to be left in the perimeters of your property or with work colleagues at your specific request. However, in these circumstances, we are wholly unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur; this can also be arranged through the selected courier's tracking system.

During busy seasonal periods — such as Black Friday, Christmas, and January sales — our delivery partners experience significantly higher volumes across their networks. While we always dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

We appreciate your patience during these peak times and want to reassure you that we work closely with our couriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Methods

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

Orders under £60.00 – Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery is used on all orders that are to be delivered to UK mainland. Most orders will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days, although some areas may be slightly longer. The option to select Parcelforce Next Working Day is also available if required. Any delays from Royal Mail are out of our control.

Orders £60.00 and over – All orders will be sent via Parcelforce, and they will need to be signed for. We use a next working day service (Monday – Friday on all orders placed before 2pm), although any delays from Parcelforce are out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For orders outside the UK, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery, depending on your location and local customs processing. 

Any delays from Royal Mail or Parcelforce are out of our control.

Orders under 2 kilos – Royal Mail International Tracked delivery is used on all orders, and all shipping charges (minus import duties and taxes) will be calculated at checkout based on shipping address. The option to select Parcelforce Tracked Worldwide is also available if required.

Orders over 2 kilos – All orders will be sent via Parcelforce, and they will need to be signed for. 

Some countries may require bespoke postage; therefore, please contact the KIKI team for shipping costs and further information if you are unable to select a delivery option at the checkout.

All orders being delivered to an address outside of the UK may be subject to local taxes and duties. We advise that you speak with your local authorities for more information.

We’re unable to deliver orders to the United States at this time. We hope to expand our shipping zones soon.
