Homemade Trail Mix

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup giant oats
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup finely chopped brazil nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp KIKI Health organic goji berry powder

How to create:

Pre-heat the oven to 150c. Mix the oats and honey and spread evenly on a baking tray. Bake for 40 minutes. Once the mixture has cooled down, mix together all remaining ingredients until combined well. Store in a air tight jar.
