Prebiotic Energy Bars

Method
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine nut butter, inulin, sunflower seeds, quick oats, flax seeds, and dried cranberries in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula.
  2. Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with baking paper.
  3. Spread out the mixture onto the paper evenly. 
  4. Put the baking dish into the freezer, uncovered, for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from freezer. Cut the frozen mixture into 16 even bars
  6. Cover the bars and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

    For added goodness, add 2 tablespoons of your favourite fruit powder such as our Organic Goji Berry Powder, Organic Acai Powder or our Organic Acerola Powder. The possibilities are endless.
