- Product Information
We take all appropriate steps to ensure the correctness of all product details. While we have made every effort to show our products’ appearances, and information as precisely as possible, there is a possibility that the product information is not described correctly. What you see may also rely on your computer equipment, screen, or display, so we do not guarantee that the photographs of a product are an accurate representation of the actual product. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please refer to our Cancellation Policy (14).
- Products and Availability
9.1) Products are subject to availability, and other users can purchase items that are in your basket. We will do our utmost to delete or update any products at the earliest opportunity if they have sold out. The stock position relating to a specific product may change as there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is approved. If, after we have approved your order, a product you have ordered becomes out of stock, then Kiki Ltd. will not be liable to you for not being able to supply the product. If such a situation occurs, we will inform you of the out-of-stock product as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock product.
9.2) If your item is not in stock, you may have the option to order in advance, and we will send it to you once it is back in stock. You may email or cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.
- Pricing and Payment Terms
10.1) Product prices shown on our website are in British Pounds and are inclusive of UK value-added tax (“VAT”) (where applicable), at the appropriate rate. Delivery is excluded and is shown on the checkout page once you have added your address and selected your chosen delivery method.
10.2) If you have requested delivery of your order to a location outside of the UK, you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, fees, levies, or other charges imposed by that nation upon receiving the goods.
10.3) Any coupon, discount, offer, or promotional discount (the “Promotion”) offered on the website is non-transferable and valid only for use as part of a purchase made via the website unless otherwise stated and subject to availability. No cash alternative will be offered for any promotion. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon, offer, or promotional discount, and it must be redeemed by the date published (if applicable and provided).
10.4) Although we try to ensure that all the prices of our products shown in the product description are accurate, errors can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product, we are under no obligation to accept or fulfill an order at an incorrect price for that product, and we reserve the right to cancel an order that has been accepted or is in transit.
10.5) For all international deliveries, including those to the European Union (orders delivered outside of the UK), you will be the importer. It is your responsibility to check that the products you plan to import comply with state and government import regulations before placing your order and that there are no local requirements or restrictions that may negatively affect the receipt of your order. You agree to be liable for these if any customs requirements apply or charges are due.
10.6) Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have been placed.

12.2) You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer. We are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason.
12.3) We carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card at the time you place an order, and your order will not be dispatched until payment for the full costs of the order has been authorised. Your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee.
