You will need…
- 1 peeled banana
- 1 mug frozen berries
- 1 mug raw almond butter
- 2 tablespoons of Hemp Powder
- 1 mug plain yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- 1 mug almond milk
- 3 dates pitted and quartered
- 1 teaspoon Nature’s Living Superfood
- Add ice as needed
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender, puree on a high speed until smooth. Add ice until it reaches desired consistency.
