Simply click "Subscribe and Save" on the product page, select your preferred delivery frequency, and add the item to your cart. It’s that easy!

WhAll changes can be made within your account. Log into your account, go to the 'Subscriptions' section, and select the subscription you wish to update, within there you will have many different options available to you to customize how you wish.

To reactivate your subscription, log into your account, go to the 'Subscriptions' section, and select 'Reactivate Subscription'.

To add or change one of your products within your active subscription please login into your account and navigate to the subscriptions section where you will have this option. If you run into any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@kiki-health.com

You can update the payment method linked to your subscription by logging into your account and navigating to the Payments section.

To cancel your subscription, simply log into your account, click on 'Subscriptions', scroll to the bottom, and select 'Cancel Subscription'. Please note that you will need to give 3-5 business days notice before your next delivery is due to ensure this can be cancelled in time.

Cancelled subscriptions can be reactivated within your account at anytime.

To increase the frequency of your subscription, log into your account, go to the 'Subscriptions' section, select the specific subscription, and adjust the delivery frequency to your preference.

At the moment, our subscription service is only available for customers in the UK. We’re working on expanding this option to other regions in the future, but for now subscriptions can only be set up with UK delivery addresses.
