Chocolate Mousse

2 avocados, peeled, stones removed
1 cup coconut butter
½ cup raw cacao powder
¼ cup coconut nectar
¼ cup chia seeds
cacao nibs, coconut flakes and walnuts for decoration

Method

Place all the ingredients in a Retro Blender or another strong blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses. Sprinkle with cacao nibs if you like. Let chill in the fridge for about 2-3 hours or 1 hour in the freezer
