Prebiotic Energy Bars

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 3 tablespoons KIKI Health Organic Inulin Powder
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 5 tablespoons raw honey
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon KIKI Health Coconut Oil
Method

In a large mixing bowl, combine nut butter, inulin, sunflower seeds, quick oats, flax seeds, and dried cranberries in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula.

Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with baking paper.

Spread out the mixture onto the paper evenly.

Put the baking dish into the freezer, uncovered, for 1 hour.

Remove from freezer. Cut the frozen mixture into 16 even bars

Cover the bars and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
For added goodness, add 2 tablespoons of your favourite fruit powder such as our Organic Goji Berry Powder, Organic Acai Powder or our Organic Acerola Powder. The possibilities are endless.
