The Importance of Fibre in your Diet...

Fibre is an important part of a healthy balanced diet. Not only can it improve digestive health it can also lower your risk of diabetes and heart disease.

However, many people don’t get enough fibre in their diet. On average the UK only consume 18g of fibre when the daily recommended intake should be 30g!

Psyllium is a soluble form of fibre made from the seeds of the Plantago Ovata plant. It contains a spongy fibre that improves digestion and cleanses the system.
