Ingredients:
- 2x apples
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1x tsp cinnamon
- 1x tsp honey
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Toppings:
- 1x tbsp of coconut shavings
- 1/2 banana
- 1x tsp KIKI Health Organic Acai Powder
- 1x small handful almonds
How to create:
Peel your apples discarding the core. Place the apple in the saucepan along with the ginger, honey, almond milk and cinnamon. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes but make sure the apples do not burn on the bottom of the pan. You’ll know when they’re just right when the almond milk has been absorbed.
Take off the heat and add to a bowl mixing with the remaining ingredients.
Top off with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
