Our Activated Charcoal Capsules are made using a finely reduced powder (5-10 microns), which presents a huge surface area for the absorption of unwanted substances. So when taken orally it works like a sponge to soak up contaminants.

Activated charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating.

The beneficial effect is obtained with 1 g which should be taken at least 30 minutes before and 1 g shortly after the meal.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 – 4 capsules after meals, 3 times a day with water.

To obtain the beneficial effect of reducing excessive flatulence after eating, take at least 1g (4 capsules) at least 30 minutes before and 1g (4 capsules) shortly after the meal.

Caution: Activated charcoal is good at trapping chemicals and prevents their absorption, therefore, it is advised to take activated charcoal at least one hour after medications or food supplements you take by mouth. Consult your medical practitioner if you are pregnant, lactating or on prescription medication prior to use.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
