It’s derived 100% from seed husks of the plantago ovata plant. The seeds are cleaned and sieved to eliminate the dust and sand particles. The selected seeds are put through a grinder to separate the husk from the kernel meaning our husks are in their simple raw form with all their benefits still intact.
