Healthy Ferrero Rocher Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup roasted Hazelnuts
  • 1.2 cup Dates (make sure the stones are removed)
  • 2x tbsp KIKI Health Raw Organic Cacao Powder
  • 3x tbsp Honey (or maple syrup for a vegan alternative)
  • 3x tbsp Almond Butter
  • chopped hazelnuts (to garnish)

How to create:

Add the hazelnuts into your blender (keep aside 12 hazelnuts for the centre) and blend until a fine flour

Add the dates, cacao, honey, almond butter and blend until the ingredients start to stick together

Roll into small balls, insert a hazelnut in to the centre, and roll over chopped hazelnuts to cover the balls.

Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set

Good luck not eating them all at once!
