If you try a product and feel it’s not the right fit for you, simply get in touch with our team within 30 days of placing your order and we’ll help arrange a refund.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to:
- First-time purchases of a specific KIKI Health product
- Orders placed directly through kiki-health.com
- Requests made within 30 days of the original order date
Our satisfaction guarantee also applies to first-time subscription orders, provided the refund request relates to the initial delivery only and is submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
Subsequent subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee.
Please note:
- The guarantee applies to one unit per product
- Bundles, promotional items, and gift cards are excluded unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to decline claims where misuse of the policy is suspected
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 — Contact Us
- Your order number
- The product name
- A short explanation of why the product wasn’t suitable and why you're not satisfied
- An image of the product showing it's been opened and trialled
Step 2 — Return The Product
Our customer care team will provide return instructions.
The product must be returned even if it's been partially used. Where possible, please return items in their original packaging and ensure they are packaged securely for transit.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost during return transit.
Step 3 — Receive Your Refund
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 working days for processing and for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
A Few Things To Know
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- International duties and taxes cannot be refunded
- Refunds apply only to products purchased directly from KIKI Health
- Claims submitted outside the 30-day period may not be accepted
