Inulin are a group of naturally occuring polysaccharides which are produced by many different types of plants. Inulin is a form of prebiotic. Within the stomach, it is neither broken down nor absorbed. It remains in the bowel, promoting the growth of specific beneficial bacteria.

The blue agave is a beloved plant that is native to Mexico and holds great cultural, economic, and historical significance for the region.
It is 93% soluble plant-based dietary fibre.
It is recommended to gradually increase the dosage over time to adjust digestive tolerance slowly, start with 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) a day and slowly increase to 3 heaped teaspoons (15g) a day if needed.
