Hemp Protein Berry Smoothie
Makes 1 glass
Ingredients:
- 300ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp mixed seeds (linseed, flax, sunflower and pumpkin)
- 1 tbp KIKI Health Organic Hemp Protein Powder
- 1 handful spinach
- Half a frozen banana
- Handful of frozen berries
How to create:
Start by adding the liquid to your blender followed by all the other ingredients. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
Top with Berries and seeds
