Adding frozen red berries and yogurt to a green smoothie can make it a lot more palatable, and in fact, extremely enjoyable to those sensitive to strong green drinks.
Ingredients:
- A handful of baby spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs greek plain yogurt
- A few frozen red berries
- 100ml filtered water
- 1 tsp KIKI Health Organic Moringa Leaf Powder
Topping:
- chia seeds
- fine coconut flakes
- mixed berries
- dried cranberries
How to create:
- Add all ingredients to a blender, except the Organic Moringa Leaf Powder
- Blitz til smooth.
- Add the Organic Moringa Leaf Powder and blend again.
- Pour into a glass.
- Add toppings and enjoy.
